A Place in the Sun Live, Manchester

Our first show of the year in Manchester was an incredible way to kick off our exhibition season. The energy in the room was fantastic, setting a highly positive tone for the months to follow. It is always a busy and bustling event, and this year’s spring edition certainly did not disappoint in bringing together serious buyers and industry experts.

This event was a wonderful chance to reconnect with familiar faces—clients we had spoken to previously who were now ready to take the next major step in their purchasing journey. Equally, it was a joy to meet plenty of new faces who were just beginning to explore the idea of buying a property in Spain. Guiding people from that initial spark of an idea to a concrete plan is what we do best.

Overall, the Manchester show was a resounding success and a great reminder of why we love hitting the road to meet our clients face-to-face. It allowed us to share our deep knowledge of the Costa Blanca and build strong, trusting relationships with future homeowners. We are so grateful to everyone who made it such a memorable and productive weekend.
